Physical accessibility: the front door is flat in line with the sidewalk and an ADA accessible width, powered by an electric keypad lock, though the door is not automatic and pulls forward towards the street. Once inside, the lobby, bathroom, and first floor office are all built to comply with ADA standards for maneuverability and comfort. The downstairs has 6 steps, a landing with a turn, then 8 steps to get to the bottom floor; from there everything is on a flat even surface and all doors open away from the user.
